Today was supposed to be the day that I finish all of my songs. I was supposed to get my E.P ready for overdubs. But on saturday, I quit everything. I pulled all of my videos from Youtube. I pulled my songs from soundcloud. That's it. I quit the E.P.

This post was one of the many that caught my eyes today and I think that's because people could relate to it. I know I did in some sense. A lot of the times many people believe that by stopping something big, like working on an EP or writing, they feel that they isolate themselves from the things they actually need to focus on for the future. Although, my personal preference would be not to delete all those works, just because I think you put a lot of effort in it I'm sure. I would put them aside, but at the same time I understand why you did what you did because it shows a sign of growing as an artist. I highly suggest you go back to your old work or just take small steps into making new music because you shouldn't stop doing something you love. Also, the fact that you said you weren't good with school or music (I think, correct me if I'm wrong), keep practicing! Don't give up because giving up is the true sign of failure and I'm sure everyone has it in them to keep fighting. Continue doing what you love!
